What is your return policy?
While we do offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products, in general we don't offer returns. Due to the large size of the tents, the logistics of accepting and orchestrating return shipping makes it quite difficult to be able to accept returns. If there are any issues with your order please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, as well as provide the option to finance through Affirm.
Do you offer rentals?
This is something we have considered heavily for a long time. Similarly to the obstacles with a return policy, shipping presents a challenge in being able to offer a reasonable rental product. If you are located in Utah and would like to try one of our tents out, it may be possible that we have an open-box tent that we could let you test drive for a weekend.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our tents come with a one year warranty against product defects. Please reach out to us directly with any warranty claims and we would be happy to take care of you.
