What is your return policy?
While we do offer an incredible warranty on our rooftop tents, in general we don't offer returns. Due to the large size of the tents, the logistics of accepting and orchestrating return shipping makes it quite difficult to be able to accept returns. If there are any issues with your order please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
What is your warranty policy?
While we hope you never have to use it, a warranty gives you peace of mind and the Pantheon 2k warranty is an industry leading warranty with over 5 years over coverage on certain components and a full year of "bumper to bumper" on everything else. The Pantheon 2K warranty comes standard on all of our rooftop tents. You can read more about it here.

What are your payment methods?
We currently accept major credit cards as well as Apply Pay. If you are picking up locally in Utah we are also able accept cash payments.
Can I get a discount?
Our goal is has always been to provide the highest possible value to our customers by dramatically exceeding the quality of lower tier rooftop tents at a price point far lower than some of the brands that consider themselves in the premium tier.
While we do consider ourselves to be aggressively priced, from time to time we can off special pricing so it never hurts to ask. Our marketing team over on Instagram typically has the most flexibility to offer a discount so go follow @pantheonadventure and send them a message.
