Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies to all Pantheon Adventure rooftop tents purchased new from authorized retailers or directly from Pantheon Adventure on or after March 1, 2025. For tents purchased before the aforementioned date, the 1-Year Standard Warranty still applies, and consideration will be given at Pantheon's discretion for extension of that coverage

1-Year Standard Warranty

Coverage Period:

1 Year from the original purchase date

Registration:

Not required

Transferability:

Fully transferable to subsequent owners within the 1-year coverage period

What is covered:

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship affecting the tent body, shell, ladder, zippers, seams and other components

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or alterations.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or accidents.

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (force majeure), including but not limited to wind, hail, lightning, floods, or earthquakes.

  • Reasonable sun fading or weathering of coating and materials.

  • Other minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

Pantheon "2k Warranty"

Coverage Period:

Total of 2000 days (approximately 5.5 years), including the initial 1-year Standard Warranty.

Registration:

Registration required within 60 days of purchase to activate the extended coverage. 

Transferability:

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What is covered:

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship affecting the functionality of the following components.

  • Mounting hardware

  • LED lighting components

  • Struts

  • Latches

  • Hinges

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or alterations.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or accidents.

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (force majeure), including but not limited to wind, hail, lightning, floods, or earthquakes.

  • Any components other than those listed above.

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function.

Please note proof of purchase is required for all claims. For the extended Pantheon 2k Warranty, registration is required.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

All shipping costs related to warranty service - including shipping to and from Pantheon Adventure - are the responsibility of the customer. For local purchases, a pickup or dropoff may be arranged.

General Warranty Terms

  • All warranty service is subject to inspection and approval by Pantheon Adventure.

  • This warranty provides for repair or replacement of covered items at Pantheon Adventure's discretion. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

  • This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, personal property damage, or costs related to removal, reinstallation, or transportation.

  • This document represents the complete and exclusive warranty provided with your rooftop tent, and no other warranties, express or implied, apply.
